You show commitment and integrity by sticking with something and being excited about it.Some people show commitment by making a pact and saying that they will do and say something no matter what.You can show integrity by doing good and showing good examples.For example say if I was committed to graduate.That means I will try the best i can to do so.You can show integrity anywere for example the basketball court you can show integrity the most there.But commitment and integrity is better said than done you have to show effort and patience.
